Overview

最低限の容量負荷を求められる電子コンポーネントやサブシステムに適しています。これらのデバイスは高いデータおよびクロック・レートでのシステムの保護、または低容量の読み込みを必要とする回路に最適です。各 ESD チャネルは正と負の ESD 電流パルスを正 (VP) または負 (VN) の供給レールに誘導する直列ダイオードのペアで構成されています。ツェナーダイオードは VP と VN の間に組み込まれていて、2 つの利点があります。1 つは、ESD ストライクから VCC レールを保護すること、もう 1 つはグラウンドへの正の ESD ストライクの吸収に必要なバイパス・キャパシタの必要がなくなることです。CM1213 は、IEC 61000-4-2 標準に従い最大 ±8 kV の ESD パルスを防ぎます。

  • General purpose high-speed data line ESD protection, USB2.0, DVI, SATA

  • desktop PCs, notebooks, set top boxes, digital TVs, LCD displays

  • 6 or 8 channels of ESD protection
  • Channel input capacitance matching of 0.02pF
    typical is ideal for differential signals
  • Available in SOIC and MSOP, lead-free
    packaging
