Overview

ダイオード・アレイの CM1213A ファミリは最低限の容量負荷を求められる電子コンポーネントやサブシステムの ESD 保護を提供するように設計されています。これらのデバイスは高いデータおよびクロック・レートでのシステムの保護、または低容量の読み込みを必要とする回路に最適です。各 ESD チャネルは正と負の ESD 電流パルスを正 (VP) または負 (VN) の供給レールに誘導する直列ダイオードのペアで構成されています。ツェナーダイオードは VP と VN の間に組み込まれていて、2 つの利点があります。1 つは、ESD ストライクから VCC レールを保護すること、もう 1 つはグラウンドへの正の ESD ストライクの吸収に必要なバイパス・キャパシタの必要がなくなることです。これらのデバイスは、USB 2.0、IEEE1394 (Firewire®、iLink™)、Serial ATA、DVI、HDMI および対応するリムーバル・ストレージのポート、デジタル・カムコーダ、DVD-RW ドライブ、その他の ESD 保護付きで極端に低い負荷容量が求められるアプリケーションのような高速ポートを使用するシステムの保護に特によく適しています。
