Overview

CM1214A ESD プロテクタは、バイポーラ信号ラインを静電放電 (ESD) から保護するために使用されます。CM1214A は、±5V までの信号レベルによる高速環境での動作を可能にします。1pF 未満と負荷容量が低いため、CM1214A-01SO は RF スイッチやアンプなど高速インタフェースの保護に最適です。CM1214A-02MR は、Gigabit Ethernet、ADSL などで使用されるデュアル高速信号ペアに最適です。CM1214A-02MR は、2 つのチャネルを直列で接続すると、高い送信電圧アプリケーションにも使用できます。

  • Wireless handsets, Netbook

  • Single channel ESD protection for an AC signal up to ±5 V for 0.25 W transmit power
  • Connects two channels in series for signals up to 10 V (1 W transmit power)
