Overview

ダイオード・アレイの CM1216 ファミリは、最小限の容量負荷を求められる電子コンポーネントやサブシステムの ESD 保護を提供します。これらのデバイスは高いデータおよびクロック・レートでのシステムの保護、または低容量の読み込みを必要とする回路に最適です。各 ESD チャネルは正と負の ESD 電流パルスを正 (VP) または負 (VN) の供給レールに誘導する直列ダイオードのペアで構成されています。CM1216 は、IEC 61000-4-2 標準に従い最大 ±15 kV の ESD パルスを防ぎます。

  • General purpose high-speed data line ESD protection

  • Digital TV, Set Top Box, PC/Notebook, Gaming

  • Six and eight channels of ESD protection
  • Provides ±15 kV ESD protection on each channel per the IEC 61000-4-2 ESD requirements
  • Channel loading capacitance of 1.6 pF typical
