Overview

ダイオード・アレイの CM1224 ファミリは最低限の容量負荷を求められる電子コンポーネントやサブシステムの ESD 保護を提供するように設計されています。これらのデバイスは高いデータおよびクロック・レートでのシステムの保護、または低容量の読み込みを必要とする回路に最適です。各 ESD チャネルは正と負の ESD 電流パルスを正 (VP) または負 (VN) の供給レールに誘導する直列ダイオードのペアで構成されています。ツェナーダイオードは VP と VN の間に組み込まれていて、2 つの利点があります。1 つは、ESD ストライクから VCC レールを保護すること、もう 1 つはグランドへの正の ESD ストライクの吸収に必要なバイパス・キャパシタの必要がなくなることです。CM1224 は、IEC 61000-4-2 標準に従い最大 ±8 kV の ESD パルスを防ぎます。これらのデバイスは、USB 2.0、IEEE1394 (Firewire®、iLink™)、Serial ATA、DVI、HDMI および対応するリムーバル・ストレージのポート、デジタル・カムコーダ、DVD-RW ドライブ、その他の ESD 保護付きで極端に低い負荷容量が求められるアプリケーションのような高速ポートを使用するシステムの保護に特によく適しています。CM1224 ファミリのデバイスは、リードフリーの仕上げで、小さいフットプリントのパッケージで提供されます。

  • Digital TV, Set Top Box, PC/Notebook, Gaming

  • Two or four channels of ESD protection up to 8kV contact discharge
  • General purpose high-speed data line ESD protection
  • Low channel input capacitance of 0.7pF typical with Minimal capacitance change with temperature and voltage
  • Channel input capacitance matching of 0.02pF typical is ideal for differential signals
  • Zener diode protects supply rail and eliminates the need for external by-pass capacitors
