Overview

CM1230 は CSP フォーム・ファクタの 2、4 および 8 チャネル超低容量 ESD 保護ダイオード・アレイのファミリです。高いデータおよびクロック・レートでのシステムの保護、または低容量の読み込みを必要とする回路に最適です。各チャネルはクランプ・ダイオードとして機能する ESD ダイオードのペアで構成され、ESD 電流パルスを正または負の供給レールに誘導します。ツェナーダイオードは正と負の供給レールの間に統合されています・VCC レールは ESD ストライクから保護されるため、正の ESD ストライクをグランドに吸収するバイパス・キャパシタの必要がありません。各チャネルで ±8kV の ESD ストライクを安全に消費でき、IEC61000-4-2 国際規格のレベル 4 要件も、IEC61000-4-2 仕様の ±15kV 空中放電も満たしています。

  • Two, four, and eight channels of ESD protection
  • Low loading capacitance of 0.8pF typical
  • Channel I/O to GND capacitance difference of 0.02pF typical is ideal for differential signals
  • Minimal capacitance change with temperature and voltage
