Overview

CM1231 は、サブミクロンのシリコン設計用に特別に設計されています。 これらのデバイスは高いデータおよびクロック・レートでのシステムの保護、および USB 2.0 などの低容量の読み込みを必要とする回路に最適です。 CM1231-02SO には、 デュアル・ステージ ESD アーキテクチャが組み込まれており、従来のシングル・クランプ設計と比較して、システム・レベルの ESD 保護が劇的に向上しています。 さらに、CM1231-02SO は制御されたフィルタ・ロールオフを提供し、スプリアス EMI 抑制と信号整合をさらに向上させます。 CM1231-02SO は、IEC 61000-4-2 標準に従い、OUT ピンで最大 12 kV コンタクトの ESD パルスを防ぎます。 このデバイスは、簡単に配線できるパススルー差動ピンアウトも備えています。
