Overview

CM1233 は、高いデータおよびクロック・レートでのシステムの保護、または容量負荷が低く、信号スキューを厳密に制御する必要がある (最大偏差 2% のチャネル間マッチング) 回路に最適です。これらのデバイスは、DVI や HDMI、および対応するリムーバル・ストレージのポート、デジタル・カムコーダ、DVD-RW ドライブ、その他の ESD 保護付きで極端に低い負荷容量が求められるアプリケーションのような、高速ポートを使用するシステムの保護に特によく適しています。CM1233 は、簡単に配線できる「パススルー」ピンアウトも備えています。

  • ESD protection for 4 pairs of differential channels to IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 at ±8kV contact discharge
  • Pass-through impedance matched clamp architecture
  • Flow-through routing for high-speed signal integrity
  • 100Ω matched impedance for each paired differential channel
