Overview

この過渡電圧サプレッサ/ESD プロテクタは、IEC 61000-4-2 国際規格に従い、0 V で 0.85 pF の低 I/O キャパシタンス、±8 kV 接触放電に対するインシステム ESD 保護を備えています。このデバイスは 5 ピン SOT-553 パッケージでも提供されます。

  • LCD and camera data lines in wireless handsets that use high-speed serial interfaces such as MDDI, MIPI, MVI and MPL
  • I/O port protection for mobile handsets, notebook computers, PDAs etc.
  • Wireless handsets, Handheld PCs/PDAs, & LCD and camera modules
  • 2 channels of ESD protection
  • 0.85 pF loading capacitance per channel typical
  • Provides ESD protection to EC61000-4-2 Level 4: 8kV contact discharge & 15kV air discharge
