Overview

CM1771 は、静電放電 (ESD) にさらされる可能性のある感度の高いパーツに堅牢な ESD 保護を提供します。小型のフォーム・ファクタとは非常に狭いスペースで使用できるということです。電気的な逆並列ツェナー構成により、AC 信号付きノードがある場合に ESD 保護を提供します。このデバイスの設計は、人体モデル (HBM) に対する MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015) 仕様に従って ±6 kV 以上の ESD ストライク、IEC61000-4-2 接触放電規格に従い ±3 kV 以上の ESD ストライクを安全に消散する特性があります。
