ESD7504 は 高速データ回線を ESD から保護します。 超低容量と低 ESD クランプ電圧により、このデバイスは電圧にセンシティブな高速データ・ラインの保護に最適なソリューションです。フロースルー・スタイル・パッケージにより、USB 3.0 のような高速差動ライン間で一貫したインピーダンスを維持するために必要な PCB レイアウトとトレース長のマッチングを容易に実現できます。
