Overview

NIS/NIV1161 は高速データラインを ESD や車両バッテリへの短絡などの状況から保護します。超低容量と低 ESD クランプ電圧により、このデバイスは電圧にセンシティブな高速データラインの保護に最適なソリューションで、低 RDS(on) FET で信号ラインの歪みを制限します。 フロースルー・スタイル・パッケージにより、USB や HDMI などの高速差動ライン間で一貫したインピーダンスを維持するために必要な PCB レイアウトとトレース長のマッチングを容易に実現できます。
