Overview

The NSPU2101 is a 10 V Unidirectional Surge Protection Device in UDFN2 (1.6 mm x 1.0 mm) package. This is a >110 A (IEC 61000−4−5, 8 x 20 µs) capable device that protects the power supply rail of mobile, consumer and computing applications from surge strikes by clamping under 17.5 V at 110 A
