6 ピン双方向過渡サプレッサ・アレイは、過渡過電圧保護機能を必要とするアプリケーション向けに設計されています。 コンピュータ、プリンタ、携帯電話、医療機器、その他のアプリケーションの過渡電圧や ESD に敏感な機器での使用を目的としています。 その統合設計により、SOT-563 パッケージを 1 つ使用して別々の活線に双方向の保護能力を実現します。 基板スペースの節約が重要な状況に最適です。
