Overview

PACDN004 は、電子コンポーネントまたはサブシステムに 2 チャネルの ESD 保護を提供するように設計されたダイオード・アレイです。各チャネルは、ESD 電流パルスを正 (VP) または負 (VN) のいずれかの電源に誘導するダイオードのペアで構成されています。PACDN004 は、国際標準 IEC 61000-4-2 に従い、最大 ±15kV の人体モデルの ESD パルス、および ±8kV の接触放電から保護します。このデバイスは、PACDN006 (6 チャネル・アレイ) と同じ特性を持っています。必要に応じて、より多くの保護入力を提供するために、それらを一緒に使用できます。このデバイスは、パッケージ・フットプリントが小さく、ESD 保護レベルが高く、負荷容量が低いため、さまざまなポータブル電子機器 (携帯電話、PDA、ノートブック・コンピュータなど) に特に適しています。また、コンピュータや周辺機器のビデオ出力ラインや I/O ポートの保護にも適しています。PACDN004 は、RoHS 準拠の鉛フリー仕上げで提供されます。
