NPNトランジスタを1パッケージに2素子内蔵した複合タイプであり、高密度実装が可能である
CPH6501は、CPH3215相当のチップを2個同一パッケージ内に収容したものである
超小型パッケージのため、セットの小型化, 薄型化が可能である(実装高0.9mm)
