Overview

FDS6690ASは、同期DC：DC電源の単一のSO-8 MOSFETとショットキーダイオードを置き換えるように設計されています。この30V MOSFETは、電力変換効率を最大化するように設計されており、低RDS（ON）および低ゲート電荷を実現します。FDS6690ASには、フェアチャイルドのモノリシックSyncFET技術を使用したショットキーダイオードが組み込まれています。同期整流器のローサイドスイッチとしてのFDS6690ASの性能は、ショットキーダイオードと並列のFDS6690Aの性能に近いです。
