Overview

FDS6990AS は、同期 DC:DC 電源のデュアル SO-8 MOSFET と 2 個のショットキー・ダイオードを置き換えるように設計されています。この 30V MOSFET は、電力変換効率を最大化するように設計されており、低 RDS(ON) および低ゲート電荷を実現します。各 MOSFET には、モノリシック SyncFET 技術を使用したショットキー・ダイオードが組み込まれています。同期整流器のローサイドスイッチとしての FDS6990AS の性能は、ショットキー・ダイオードと並列の FDS6990A の性能と似ています。
