Overview

NTGD1100L は、1 つのパッケージに P/N チャネル MOSFET が統合されています。 このデバイスは、低制御信号、低バッテリ電圧、高負荷電流を必要とする携帯用電子機器に特に適しています。 P チャネルデバイスは、オン・セミコンダクターの最新のトレンチ技術を使用した負荷スイッチとして特に設計されています。 外部抵抗器 (R1) を備えた N チャネルは、P チャネルを駆動するレベルシフトとして機能します。 N チャネルMOSFET は、内部 ESD 保護機能を持ち、最低1.5 V のロジック信号で駆動されます。 NTGD1100L は 1.8 ～ 8.0 V の電源ラインで動作し、VIN と VON/OFF の両方に印加された 8.0 V で、3.3 A までの負荷を駆動できます。
