Overview

FNA25012A は Motion SPM® 2 モジュールで、十分な機能を持つ高性能インバータ出力段を、AC 誘導、BLDC、PMSM モータに提供します。このモジュールでは、内蔵 IGBT の最適化済みゲートドライブを統合して EMI と損失を最小化するのに加え、低電圧ロックアウト、過電流シャットダウン、温度センシング、障害レポーティングなど多数のオンモジュール保護機能も提供します。内蔵の高速 HVIC はシングル電源のみを必要とし、受け取ったロジックレベル・ゲート入力を、モジュールの内部 IGBT を適正に駆動するのに要求される高電圧高電流駆動信号にトランスレートします。別売の負 IGBT 端子があれば、各位相で最も多種多様な制御アルゴリズムをサポートします。
