Overview

FSB50650B/BS は、高度な SPM® 5 モジュールで、十分な機能を持つ高性能インバータ出力段を、AC 誘導、BLDC、PMSM モータに提供します。このモジュールでは内蔵 MOSFET (FRFET® 技術) の最適化済みゲート・ドライブを統合して EMI と損失を最小化するのに加え、低電圧ロックアウトやサーマル・モニタリングなどの多数のオンモジュール保護機能も提供します。組み込みの高速 HVIC はシングル電源のみを必要とし、受け取ったロジックレベル・ゲート入力を、モジュールの内部 MOSFET を適正に駆動するのに要求される高電圧高電流駆動信号にトランスレートします。
