FSBS5CH60 は、当社が開発した Motion SPM® 3 シリーズであり、エアコンや洗濯機などの低電力アプリケーションでの AC モータ・ドライブに向いている非常にコンパクトな高性能インバータ・ソリューションを実現します。低損失 IGBT に合わせて最適化した回路保護とドライブを組み合わせています。低電圧ロックアウトと過電流保護を装備し、システムの信頼性がさらに強化されています。高速 HVIC を内蔵することによるオプトカプラレスの単電源 IGBT ゲート駆動機能で、インバータ・システム全体のサイズがさらに縮小します。負 DC 端子が 3 個あるため、インバータの位相レッグ電流が個別に監視できます。
