Overview

NFVA34065L32 は、高度な車載インテリジェント電源モジュール (IPM) で、ハイブリッド・カー/電気自動車向けにフル機能の高性能インバータ出力段を実現します。このモジュールでは組み込み IGBT の最適化済みゲートドライブを統合して EMI と損失を最小化するのに加え、低電圧ロックアウト、過電流シャットダウン、駆動 IC のサーマル・モニタリング、障害レポーティングなど、多数のオンモジュール保護機能も提供します。組み込みの高速 HVIC はシングル電源のみを必要とし、受け取ったロジックレベル・ゲート入力を、モジュールの内部 IGBT を適正に駆動するのに要求される高電圧高電流駆動信号にトランスレートします。別体の負 IGBT 端子があれば、各位相で最も多種多様な制御アルゴリズムをサポートします。
