Overview

この「インバータ IPM」は高集積デバイスで、HV-DC のすべての高電圧 (HV) 制御をシングル SIP モジュール (シングルイン・ライン・パッケージ) の 3 相出力に包含したものです。出力段には IGBT/FRD 技術を使用し、フォールト検知出力フラグを備えた低電圧保護 (UVP) と過電圧保護 (OCP) を実装しています。ハイサイド・ゲート・ブースト・ドライブのため、内部にブースト・ダイオードがあります。

  • 上側プリドライバ電源用ブートストラップ回路を内蔵しており、1電源駆動が可能
  • マイコンレベルの低電圧による直接制御駆動が可能
  • 上下相の同時オン防止回路を内蔵
  • 基板温度測定用に外部接続端子付きのサーミスタを内蔵
  • "RSD” 外付け抵抗“RSD”内臓で、過電流保護のレベルの調整可能
