FTCO3V85A1 は、80 V 低 Rds(on) 車載認定パワー・インテグレーテッド・モジュール (PIM) で、特長は 48 V ～ 12 V インターリーブ DC-DC コンバータ・システム用に最適化されている 3 相 MOSFET インバータです。電流センサ用高精度シャント抵抗器、温度センサ用 NTC、RC スナバ回路を内蔵しています。オン・セミコンダクターのトレンチ MOSFET テクノロジを活用しており、DC-DC コンバータ・システム向けの超コンパクトで高効率を実現するよう設計されています。パワー・モジュールは 100％ 鉛フリーで、RoHs および UL 準拠です。
