NIMD6001N は、共通の無効化入力とドレイン診断出力が統合されたデュアル 3 Amp のローサイド・スイッチです。 ディセーブル・ピンを Low にすると、印加されたゲート電圧がオーバーライドされ、両方の FET スイッチがオフになります。 いずれかのドレインソース電圧が約 50V を超えると、診断/フィードバック・ピンでロジック 1 がアサートされます。 内部絶縁ダイオードにより、複数のデバイスのディセーブル・ピンと診断/フィードバック・ピンを、追加のコンポーネントなしでワイヤード OR 構成で相互接続できます。
