NCV8445 は完全保護ハイサイド・ドライバで、バルブやソレノイドなどのアクチュエータといった、広範な負荷をスイッチするのに使用できます。アクティブ電流制限やサーマル・シャットダウンによって、過負荷状態から内部で保護されます。 診断ステータス出力ピンにより、過熱とオン/オフ・ステート・オープン・ロード状態がデジタル障害表示されます。
