FFD10UP20S は、フォワード電圧降下が低く、堅牢な UIS 能力を持つウルトラファスト・ダイオードです。このデバイスは、各種スイッチング電源などの電源スイッチングアプリケーションで、フリーホイール・ダイオードやクランプ・ダイオードとして使用するために作られています。溶接機や UPS アプリケーションとして、スイッチング電源や産業用アプリケーションでの使用に特に適しています。
