この LFPAK 超高速レクティファイヤは、ソフト・リカバリ機能の付いた高速スイッチング性能を小型の熱効率の高いパッケージで提供します。LFPAK パッケージは、DPAK の優れた代替品であり、基板スペースの半分未満のパッケージでほぼ同等の熱性能を提供します。ロープロファイルなので、フラットパネル・ディスプレイなど、高さが制限されているアプリケーションに適しています。このデバイスは、温度に対するリークが低いため、低静止電流を要求するアプリケーションに適しています。
