Overview

RHRP840 および RHRP860 はソフト・リカバリの特性を持つ Hyperfast ダイオードです (trr<<30ns) 。超高速ダイオードの半分の回復時間であり、窒化ケイ素で不動態化されたイオン注入エピタキシャル平面構造です。これらのデバイスは、各種スイッチング電源などの電源スイッチングアプリケーションで、還流ダイオード/クランピング・ダイオードおよびレクティファイヤとして使用するために作られています。それらの低蓄積電荷と Hyperfast ソフト・リカバリにより、数多くの電源スイッチング回路でリンギングと電気的ノイズを最小限に抑え、スイッチング・トランジスタの電力損失を低減しています。旧開発型 TA49059。
