RURG3060_F085 は、ソフト・リカバリ特性 (trr < 80ns) を持つ ウルトラファースト・ダイオードです。順方向電圧降下が小さく、窒化シリコンで不動態化されたイオン注入エピタキシャル平面構造です。このデバイスは、各種スイッチング電源などの電源スイッチング・アプリケーションで、還流ダイオード/クランプ・ダイオードおよびレクティファイヤとして使用するために作られています。その低蓄積電荷とウルトラファースト・ソフト・リカバリにより、数多くの電源スイッチング回路でリンギングと電気的ノイズを最小限に抑え、スイッチング・トランジスタの電力損失を低減しています。
