RURP15100_F085 は、ソフト・リカバリ特性 (trr < 200ns) を持つウルトラファスト・ダイオードです。低フォワード電圧降下があり、窒化ケイ素で不動態化されたイオン注入エピタキシャル構造です。このデバイスは、各種車載用電源などの電源スイッチング車載用アプリケーションで、還流ダイオード/クランピング・ダイオードおよびレクティファイヤとして使用するために作られています。その低蓄積電荷とウルトラファスト・ソフト・リカバリ特性により、数多くの電源スイッチング回路でリンギングと電気的ノイズを最小限に抑え、スイッチング・トランジスタの電力損失を低減しています。
