MBR5H100MFS は当社の新しいシングル 5A 100 V 低フォワード電圧ショットキー・レクティファイヤで、SO-8FL パッケージです。SO-8FL は DPAK と SMC パッケージの中間のようなパッケージです。基盤のフットプリントは SMC パッケージと大体同じサイズですが、DPAK パッケージと同じくらい優れた熱性能があります。また、このパッケージは公称 1.0mm の高さでスペースが高度に制約されたアプリケーションに適しています。
