NRVTS245ESF は低リークのトレンチベース・ショットキー・レクティファイヤです。 この新しい技術では、プレーナ・ショットキー・レクティファイヤにあるような高リバース・リークというトレードオフなしで、低いフォワード電圧降下にできます。 また、このプラットフォームは、広い温度範囲にわたって非常に安定したスイッチング特性を発揮するため、スイッチング電源に理想的な出力レクティファイヤです。
