NTST40120CTG は当社の新しい 40A 120V 超低フォワード電圧で Trench ベースのデュアル・ショットキー・レクティファイヤです。 この新しいテクノロジーでは、プレーナ・ショットキー・レクティファイヤにあるような高リバース・リークとのトレードオフなしで、フォワード電圧降下を小さくできます。 また、このプラットフォームは、広い温度範囲にわたって非常に安定したスイッチング特性を発揮するため、ノートPC/ノートPCアダプタ、ATX、フラット・パネル・ディスプレイなどのスイッチング電源に理想的な出力レクティファイヤです。
