Overview

NLAS9431 はシリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された高性能な CMOS ダブルポール・ダブルスロー (DPDT) アナログ・スイッチです。 CMOS の低消費電力を維持しながら、高速の伝播遅延と低オン抵抗を実現します。この DPDT は、VCC から GND までの電源範囲全体にわたって変動するアナログ/デジタル電圧を制御します。NLAS9431 は、2 つのマルチプレクサ/デマルチプレクサをそれぞれが制御する選択ピン 2 本を持つクワッド 2-to-1 マルチプレクサ/デマルチプレクサ・アナログ・スイッチとして使用することもできます。
