Overview

MC14066B は、デジタル信号またはアナログ信号の制御能力を持つ 4 つの独立したスイッチで構成されます。このクワッド・バイラテラル・スイッチは、信号ゲーティング、チョッパ、変調器、復調器、CMOS ロジック実装に役立ちます。MC14066B は、MC14016B とピン互換になるように設計されていますが、ON 抵抗はかなり低くなっています。フル供給電圧と同じくらい大きな入力電圧振幅は、独立した制御入力それぞれを介して制御されます。

  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
  • Linearized Transfer Characteristics
  • Low Noise - 12 nV/sqrt.Cycle, f >= 1.0 kHz typical
  • Pin-for-Pin Replacement for CD4016, CD4016, MC14016B
  • For Lower RON , Use The HC4066 High-Speed CMOS Device
