Overview

NC7SB3157/FSA3157は高性能シングルポール/ダブルスロー（SPDT）アナログ・スイッチ/2:1マルチプレクサ/デマルチプレクサ・バス・スイッチです。高度なサブミクロンCMOSテクノロジーで製造されており、高速イネーブル/ディセーブル時間と低オン抵抗を実現します。ブレーク・ビフォア・メーク選択回路により、ポートBでの信号妨害（ピン・スイッチング選択時に両方のスイッチが一時的に有効化されることによる）を回避します。VCC動作範囲1.65V～5.5Vで動作する仕様になっています。制御入力耐性は最大電圧5.5V、VCC動作範囲からは独立しています。
