Overview

NLAS52231 は、信号線にオーバーシュート保護を備えたデュアル SPDT アナログ・スイッチです。最大の信号転送のために非常に低い RON 値を必要とするオーディオ・アプリケーションに最適です。NLAS52231 に含まれるオーバーシュート保護により、COM、NO、または NC ラインのアナログ信号は、大幅なリークを引き起こすことなく VCC を超えて安全にスイングできます。この機能により、着信オーディオ信号が公称レベルを超えてスパイクした場合に、デバイスへの望ましくないリークや損傷に対する保護が強化されます。NLAS52231 は、1.65 V 〜 4.5 V の広い VCC 動作範囲を特長としています。3.0V の VCC に対して 1.3 V という低い制御入力選択ライン電圧 VIN とのインタフェースが可能です。NLAS52231 は、非常に小さい 1.4mm x 1.8mm の 10 ピン UQFN パッケージで提供されます。
