Overview

NLAS5223C はサブミクロン・シリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された高性能な CMOS アナログ・スイッチです。このデバイスは独立したデュアル・シングルポール・ダブルスロー (SPDT) スイッチで、RON が極めて低く、VCC = 4.3 V で 0.35 です。 また、スイッチが絶対にドライバを短絡しないようにするため、ブレイクビフォアメイク (BBM) スイッチングを保証しています。
