Overview

6N135M、6N136M、HCPL4503M、HCPL2530M および HCPL2531M オプトカプラは、高速フォトディテクタ・トランジスタと光結合された AlGaAs LED で構成されています。フォトダイオードのバイアスと別々に接続することで、入力トランジスタのベースコレクタ容量が減り、従来のフォトトランジスタ・オプトカプラと比べると桁違いの大きさで、速度が向上しています。HCPL4503M にはノイズ耐量を向上させるフォトトランジスタ・ベースへの内部接続がありません。内部のノイズ・シールドにより最大 50,000 V/µ s までの優れたコモン・モード除去を発揮します。
