Overview

HCPL05XX および HCPL04XX オプトカプラは、8 ピンの小型アウトライン・パッケージで提供される高速フォトディテクタ・トランジスタと光結合された AlGaAs LED で構成されています。フォトダイオードのバイアスと別々に接続することで、入力トランジスタのベースコレクタ容量が減り、従来のフォトトランジスタ・オプトカプラと比べると、速度が桁違いに向上しています。HCPL04XX デバイスには追加ノイズ・マージンのリードにボンドアウトされているベースがありません。実装密度を最適にするため、HCPL053X デバイスにはパッケージごとにチャネルが 2 つあります。
