Overview

これらのオプトカプラは、超高速一体型フォトディテクタ・ロジックゲートに光結合された AlGaAs LED で構成されています。デバイスにはストロバブル出力が含まれます。この出力はオープンコレクタを備えているため、ワイヤード OR 出力が可能です。結合されたパラメータは -40°C から +85°C の範囲で保証されます。最大入力信号 5 mA での最小出力シンク電流は 13 mA (ファンアウト 8 個) です。内部のノイズ・シールドにより通常 1,000V コモン・モードで 50 kV/µs の優れたコモン・モード除去を発揮します。
