Overview

QSE25x ファミリは OPTOLOGIC® IC で、出力にシュミット・トリガを備え、ヒステリシスによりノイズ耐量とパルス整形を実現します。この IC の基礎的な要素は、フォトダイオード、リニア・アンプ、電圧レギュレータ、シュミット・トリガ、4 つの出力オプションで構成されています。TTL/LSTTL 互換出力は 4.5 ～ 16.0 V の電源電流で最大 10 個の TTL 負荷を駆動できます。このデバイスは識別しやすいようにカラー・ストライプの印が付けられています。
