Overview

光絶縁アンプの FOD2742 は評判の KA431 高精度プログラム可能シャント・リファレンスとオプトカプラで構成されています。オプトカプラは、シリコン・フォトトランジスタが光結合されているガリウムヒ素 (GaAs) 発光ダイオードです。リファレンス電圧公差は 2%、1%、および 0.5% の 3 つのグレードで提供されます。電流伝達率 (CTR) は 100% から 200% の範囲です。また、50 ppm/°C という並外れた温度係数もあります。その主要な目的は、絶縁された AC-DC 電源および DC/DC コンバータで、エラー・アンプ/リファレンス電圧/オプトカプラ機能として使用することです。FOD2742 を使用していると、電源設計者はコンポーネント数を減らして、密封されたパッケージ設計のスペースを節約することができます。厳密な公差リファレンスにより数多くのアプリケーションで調整の必要がなくなります。このデバイスは 8 ピン小型アウトライン・パッケージで提供されます。
