この FODM100x シリーズ・シングルチャネル、DC センシング入力、オプトカプラは、フォトトランジスタと光学結合されたガリウムヒ素 (GaAs) 赤外線発光ダイオードで構成され、延伸体 SOP の 4 ピン・パッケージに収められています。入出力絶縁電圧 (VISO) の定格は 5,000 VACRMS です。
