Overview

OptoHiT™ FODM8801は、これまでに類を見ないフォトトランジスタです。フェアチャイルド独自で最先端のプロセス技術を活用して、最大125°Cの高温動作特性を達成しています。このオプトカプラは、コンパクトなハーフ・ピッチでミニフラットの4ピン・パッケージの中で、ヒ化アルミニウムガリウム（AlGaAs）赤外線発光ダイオード（LED）がフォトトランジスタに光学結合されています。高電流伝達率が超低入力電流で実現されます。入出力絶縁電圧（VISO）の定格は3750 VACRMSです。
