Overview

NCN6804 はシリアル制御対応のデュアル・インタフェース IC です。スマート・カード/セキュア・アクセス・モジュール (SAM) リーダ/ライタ・アプリケーション専用です。2 枚の外部 ISO/EMV カードを管理できます (クラス A、B、または C)。SPI バスはデュアル・インタフェースの制御および構成に使用されます。カードは多重化モードで制御されます。専用のハードウェア・アドレス・ピン (S1) により NCN6804 デバイス (4 つのスマート・カード・インタフェース) 2 つで単一の制御バスを 1 つ共有できます。外部エラーが発生した場合には、正確な保護システムで制御されたタイムリーなシャットダウンを保証します。このデバイスは NCN6004A よりもコンパクトで柔軟な機能拡張バージョンで、NCN6001 と完全互換していて、シングル・インタフェース対応バージョンです。ISO 7816-3、EMV および GIE-CB 標準を完全準拠しています。

  • Support up to 40 MHz Clock with Internal Programmable Clock (division ratio 1/1, 1/2, 1/4) Managed Independently for Each Card
  • Built-in Programmable CRD_CLK Stop Function handles Low State
  • ESD Protection on Card pins (8 kV, Human Body Model)
  • Activation / Deactivation builtin Sequencer
  • Internal I/O Pull-up Resistor with Resistor Disconnection Option (EN_RPU)
  • 4-Wire Series Bus Interface - SPI
