Overview

MOC301XM/MOC302XM シリーズは光学式絶縁トライアック・ドライバ・デバイスです。GaAs 赤外線放射ダイオードと、トライアックのように機能する光起動式シリコン・バイラテラル・スイッチが含まれています。電子制御とパワー・トライアックとの間でインタフェースして、115 VAC 動作で抵抗負荷と誘導負荷を制御します。
