Overview

FODM306X および FODM308X シリーズは、ゼロ電圧クロッシング双方向トライアック・ドライバの機能を実行するモノリシック・シリコン・ディテクタへ光結合された、赤外線放射ダイオードで構成され、コンパクトな 4 ピン・ミニフラット・パッケージに収容されています。リード・ピッチは 2.54 mm です。115/240 V AC 活線を電源とする機器 (ソリッド・ステート・リレー、産業用制御、モータ、ソレノイド、消費者向けアプライアンス) に対する論理システムのインタフェースをトライアックで使用するために設計されています。
